EntrePass Qualifying Criteria (2024 Updated)

- Raised SGD 100,000+ from recognized investors in any business
- Business supported by government-recognized or renowned incubator/accelerator
- Hold IP that cannot be easily replicated
- Research collaboration with Singapore university or A*STAR
- Previously founded and sold a venture-backed business
Employment Pass (EP)
For foreign professionals working for a Singapore-registered company. Subject to salary thresholds and COMPASS scoring framework.
- Minimum salary: SGD 5,600 (SGD 6,200 for financial services)
- COMPASS framework applies from September 2023
- Initial validity: 1-2 years, renewable
- Company must demonstrate genuine need for foreign talent

- Dependant pass available for salary SGD 6,000+
Tech.Pass
