ISSA provides business expansion services for Italian companies entering the Singapore market, including company incorporation, grant matching, investor network access, and related consulting services.
User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Fees and Payment
Service fees are as quoted at the time of engagement. Incorporation packages start from SGD 3,500. Grant matching services are provided free of charge. Custom packages are priced based on specific requirements.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website belong to ISSA or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
Limitation of Liability
ISSA provides services on a best-efforts basis. While we maintain high success rates, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for grant applications or investor introductions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore, without prejudice to your rights under Italian or EU consumer protection laws.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
